What is the Motiva Preservé® Technique?

Motiva Preservé® is an advanced breast augmentation method that emphasizes preserving native breast ligaments  while achieving volume and shape enhancement. Rather than dissecting muscle or breast gland extensively, the implant is placed either subglandular or subfascial (between the gland and fascia), avoiding disruption of the pectoralis muscle  and the surrounding ligaments of the breast . The pocket is gently created using a sterile, balloon‑type dissector rather than sharp dissection, minimizing trauma and bleeding  .

Q: How is tissue preserved in this method?

A: The balloon dissector creates a “nest” while maintaining the integrity of breast tissue, blood supply, nerve structures and muscle fascial attachments. When there is no disroption of the surrounding supportive network of the breast, a more natural result is obtained.

The implants have high viscoelasticity, their gel is more natural to feel. Also, they are not put under the muscle. The implants in this method lie where the breast normally is.

Duration of Surgery, Hospital Stay & Return-to-Work with Preservé® Technique Breast Augmentation

• Surgical time: approximately 30-45 minutes (often around 30 minutes).
• Anaesthesia: often performed under local anesthesia with sedation, not necessarily general anesthesia  .
• Hospital stay: typically none, same‑day discharge standard.
